Keeping a good quality control in a wide range of tests is not an easy task, but we at Col Sultan’s Lab have our minds set not to compromise on quality. We are well aware of the fact that even a single digit error in our field can bring up problems for our patients, thus we try our best to keep us away from all sorts of errors.

At the slightest suspicion of a mistake or any error in any test, we do not think twice to repeat the tests on our own. We even do not hesitate to call the patient again to collect a fresh sample (free of charge of course) if the test levels are abnormal. This practice is observed only to ensure the good quality of tests for our patients and we are proud to say that our patients respect this attitude and fully cooperate in this regard.

To keep up the good quality of testing and reporting, each test and report is personally checked by the qualified doctors to avoid any kind of clerical or technical error.
